Better WP Security not working with CloudFlare Flexible SSL

I use Better WP Security on all our sites and was having a difficult time getting the CloudFlare Flexible SSL working and found out that it was Better WP Security causing the redirect loop error.

Would love to get this resolved so I can use it on our sites that we’ve been using CloudFlare SSL with.

Oddly enough one of our sites has both and seems to be working fine, not sure what caused the issue on the other sites.
