Better WP Security email

Hi all,

Can some one help me with understanding the signficance of the emails that “Better WP Security” sends me.
I have made significant changes to my WP install to better protect it against hackers.

Now I get this email (see end of this post). At the times mentioned in UTC, I was indeed working on the site.

When do I know it is significant in those log emails?
