Better than Woo Commerce
-
I’ve had the paid version for over a year now. I run several hobby or NGO websites.
The one I bought UCPC for contains catalogs of downloadable add-ons for games. Currently about 500 of them and building towards 1000. I integrated UCPC with WOO and premium version of Elementor.
It’s not a 100% plug&play experience if you don’t follow the exact directions which I’m not great at but I am working on it ??
I wouldn’t normally bother to leave a rating but the support experience has been absolutely amazing. I’ve paid for like 5-6 premium plugins in my life and UCPC has my #1 rating because:
– Support e-mails come back in within 1-2 days tops
– The response is in a clean english, very detailed, and easy to understand
– PROACTIVE solutions, somehow I always got a little bit more in my reply then I requested, but always needed
– Export entire database to excel / csv, great way to backup, as well as make bulk adjustments by export > update excel > reimport entire db
– 1 week free trial of all premium features allows you tinker with the plugin in order to evaluate if it’s architecture fits your intended architectureI’ve seen bad reviews here, and I too have come across limitations. But if you want a tailored fit you can’t buy from a supermarket. Anything you get in a shop you will need to take to the tailors to get adjusted.
So before you buy, test it.
For the past month, I tried to upgrade to WooCommerce to start getting some revenue. I tested filtering plugins for like 3 weeks and I have found nothing that filters your catalogue like UCP. And I can integrate my UCP catalogue so that it uses WOO cart and payment.
The only minus which will not decrease my rating is the custom page layout. I could never get it to worked but I also didn’t try hard enough because I didn’t need the feature. And when I did, I required more than it could offer so I just bought Elementor Pro.
