Better than Others for WooCommerce Product Orphans

If you use WooCommerce and import products with the same name as ones you previously deleted, either through CSV or manually, their names won’t show up in the products. That’s because they are still in the database as orphans with the status of being deleted. After trying to resolve this issue with three of the other top WP DB optimizers, this is the only one that actually got rid of those orphans, cleaning up my database to work freely with product names again.

The only thing I don’t like about this plugin, besides its cumbersome name, is its layout in the Dashboard. Certainly the one-click DB optimize button at the top is fine, although the “(1-click)” part of its title can go. We’re not stupid, we know it’s a one-click button, because settings requires the tick to make it so. Also, do we need to see the author’s name and website links every time we run the plugin? And in the settings, as well? Most plugin authors relegate that info to the plugins list.

All in all, it is the best DB optimizer I’ve tried. I think I’ll stick with it. Hopefully, the author will, too. There are far too many plugins not keeping up with the WordPress versions throughout the years.
