Better than Easy Footnotes

Sometimes, the most installs is not the best. I like this plugin because the default to make a footnote is double parenthesis (( )). Easy Footnotes requires you to write [note][/note]. It wasn’t clear to me if I could just write [note] in the visual layout in classic editor or text. But it was clear I could use double parenthesis in Visual for this plugin. I also read HTML was allowed, so everything was just more clear with the less reviewed plugin.
