Better performance with OMGF?

    Hi Daan,

    Do we need to have better performance in weight and display speed with your plugin?

    I installed it yesterday and I have no gain on the two criteria above with pingdom, gtmetrics or pagespeed insights.

    I use elementor pro, astra pro, wp rocket, wp compress.

    Weight as in pagesize? No. You’ll still load the same fonts. You need to serve your requests after all, otherwise things will break. Since they’re served from a local resource, they should be served faster (in most cases.)

    So, display speed, yes. Because loading times should lower.

    Yes, I was talking about page weight. In my case, I don’t have any speed improvement in the page loading.

    Then your bottle neck is probably something else.

    A locally hosted resource should be served faster than an externally hosted one. So something else must be holding up your server.
