Better Documentation, multiple templates, formatting.

    The documentation is not great. For example, I had to look in the code to learn that the shortcode to use is [wn-letter-template].

    Also, I think it would be a good idea to provide more than 1 template. That way I could provide more than one language.

    Lastly, I think it would make sense to allow formatting using HTML (since the output format is HTML internally).
