Better control of menu / nav bar

  • I think I have outgrown some of the built in features of my menu / nav bar.

    Is there an easy way to do menus manually? or is there a menu plugin that lets me build them in a easier fashion?

    I currently use the Streamline Theme by Brian G. and it auto-creates menus from Page titles and I use the Category List feature to create the nested menu.
    I also use “Page Links To” plugin

    I want to start nesting some Page menus under each other, plus hide some others, so what is the best way to maintain these types of changes?

    Any tips or thoughts?
