Better configuration

  • I ask for a suggestion about the better configuration of my WP blog.
    I have a domain at yahoo: ludam.com.
    I have created two subdomains: info.ludam.com (with WP installed in ludam.com/info/) and editing.ludam.com (with Movable Type installed in ludam.com/editing/cms).
    In my general WP options I set:

      WP address: ludam.com/info
      Blog address: info.ludam.com

    Often I receive a message of “500 internal server error” and I must click one or more times the refresh button to see the page.
    What do you suggest to solve this problem?

  • Just a suggestion: shouldn’t both WP address and blog address be set to your subdomain, info.ludam.com?

    Your suggestion was my first setting (same directory for blog and WP at the level of the subdomain), but I have encountered some problem.
    I don’t understand why some time the internal links work fine; some time I receive the 500 message and, after the refresh, the page is correctly loaded.
    Perhaps a cache problem?
