Better admin interface

Hi,
please update the admin interface and add support for chats within tabs. The popup window solutions makes it hard to handle multiple chats at one and also does’t look nice. I would prefer a tabbed window layout like: https://0.s3.envato.com/files/93331872/intro-02.png which shows the users on the left and on the right side you can switch between the conversations without annoying pop up windows.
