BETOP theme – change buying description

I see you’re offering a free Booking for 1 hour, yet the under the “Period” it states “Months”. How strange!

May I ask- which Bookings extension are you using to set this up with? Also, does the text go away when switching to a default theme like Storefront?: https://woocommerce.com/storefront/

If so, this could be an issue that you need to get resolved with your theme authors.

Can you confirm for me that your Booking duration is set to 1 Hour when you are in the edit product view?:

If it is, then your theme is likely affecting this. When I say switch to a default theme, I mean temporarily change your theme to Storefront. You can download it here: https://woocommerce.com/storefront/

If that fixes the issue, then you’ll want to reach out to your theme support to see if they can fix this so that you can continue to use their theme with Bookings.

The core of WooCommerce doesn’t have a “booking” feature, which usually has specific requirements, such as being able to block off time, availability, etc. Your System Status Report also doesn’t show any other plugins that might be adding this particular functionality.

So perhaps your “bookings” are just normal products, styled by your theme. If that’s the case, and the word “month” is added by your theme, you can refer to the theme’s docs for how to customize it. An extension like Loco Translate might also offer an option for changing it.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’ll go head and mark this thread as resolved.
