I installed the v2.0beta via your website after being prompted by your notification, I was quite excited to see the development of the plugin, as I have been using the plugin for a few years now without any major issues. Upon installing and testing the Beta layout on my site, it had conflicted with the elementor layout I created for the directory and messed up the post format, I decided to delete the Beta file and reactivate the original.

Upon deleting the Beta plugin, it had also deleted my entire directory of paid listings, which was just over 500 business profiles. I reached out to my web provider to see if they could restore the listings from backup. They have restored the site to the previous week, but none of the listings have restored!! I am unsure how to resolve this issue and was wondering if the support team could help? I have sent several emails but no one has got back to me yet?

  • thanks for using our plugin, if server provider has restored database to previous week, all the data of previous week should be available.
did you check the option for deleting data while deleting the plugin?

As your server provider to restore your database, not just your files

Thanks for using our plugin. We hope that your host was able to restore your database. We’ve updated the beta version (2.0) to correct the issue in the future.
