Beta tester and beta plugin

While I find this plugin useful and you did explain you took over development recently when I queried the numerous updates, I feel all users should have been notified about the takeover and the fact we are essentially beta testers.

Our site is live and public we cannot beta test software on our site, bank regulations forbid us having beta testing software or plugins on live e-commerce websites as such we must now delete your plugin. We must also declare your plugin to the banks as a beta plugin/software.

I am annoyed you put our reputation and business at risk by not declaring the ‘beta’ information when you took over the development, if you had we could have opted out rather than receiving lawyers letters from the bank.
