[Beta Test] multiple errors

    I used FTP to delete the stable version and replace with the beta. After doing so, I tried to go to Settings>Better Font Awesome and got a white page full of errors. Unfortunately I didn’t copy them before moving on. Other pages in the WP admin worked fine.

    After that I went there again and it looks fine, but there’s a couple errors at the top:

    When trying to select an icon via the button in the editor most of the tiles are blank. I inserted of the blank ones and then refreshed the page and got this:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare bfa_get_updated_icon_slug() (previously declared in /home/256452.cloudwaysapps.com/rrsdfv/public_html/wp-content/plugins/better-font-awesome/vendor/mickey-kay/better-font-awesome-library/inc/icon-updater.php:3) in /home/256452.cloudwaysapps.com/rrsdfv/public_html/wp-content/plugins/better-font-awesome/vendor/mickey-kay/better-font-awesome-library/inc/icon-updater.php on line 3

    …instead of the icon. I tried again with one that did show up and got the same error. So it’s not working at all, from what I can tell.

    I was able to reproduce your error, which is an odd issue with requiring dependencies that only appeared to occur when first activating the plugin. I’ve pushed v2.0.0-beta3, which should resolve this issue.

    Will do if I can. Very busy atm.

    I featured your plugin in our post about how to use Font Awesome for checkboxes and radio buttons. I’d like to update it with full FA 5 compatibility. So hopefully I can find time to test your plugin and get the CSS updated.

    Hi Mickey,

    Thanks for your great work on this plugin and the upgrade to fa5.

    All seems to be working well with v2.0.0-beta3 but I’m still getting those two screen_icon errors

    Awesome, thanks @stevielovegun. I’m currently out of country but will jump on these deprecation notices as soon as I’m back. Very much appreciate the testing help.
