Beta test/evaluation usage

Hi there,

I bought your pro version (it’s great!) for our patient project, but I am wondering your thoughts re: the best way to use this plugin for a closed-audience beta test.

We will have patients from a specific site given the link to our page, both via email and on a card handed to them at the hospital. We want to be able to evaluate traffic etc. from the people accessing it in this way, however the bypass link is too complicated to write down for these elderly patients. Is there a way to provide them with a simple link i.e. just hearthub.ca or hearthub.ca/welcome, while still keeping the website traffic private from others and from search engines?
