BETA: how many fields can be on a line with "Follow previous field"?

BETA 1: how many fields can be on a line with “Follow previous field”?

That is, if I have 3 fields, and I check “Follow previous field” on # 2 and 3, shouldn’t they all be on the same line (provided I have the horizontal space)?

I’m looking for the intention here. So far I can only make 2 be on a line. I looked at the generated HTML, and I see one <div class=”fscf-field-left”> followed by two <div class=”fscf-field-follow”>. The class “fscf-field-left” has a style of “float: left”, but “fscf-field-follow” doesn’t, so the third field won’t float up next to the second one.

It’s mentioned in the built-in Field Settings help that “For example, you could put city, state, and zip on one line.” So is this a bug?
