• I’ve tried other backup plugins and most struggle with a large site. I’ve been very impressed so far with BlogVault. It was able to backup my massive site in a day and has performed daily backups since then. The price is very reasonable for how much you are allowed to backup.

The plugin makes it stupid-easy to start the backup.

I haven’t tried doing a restore yet, but the fact that the staging site works perfectly from a backup gives me plenty of confidence that it’d restore correctly. Good to have that peace of mind.

I do wish there was an option to temporarily point DNS to the staging site, such as for short-term hosting while migrating a site or while restoring from a backup after a server goes down. Even if it was a pay-if-you-need-it type addon option. That’s just a suggestion. But I’m very happy overall.
