Best wordpress plugin i've encountered so far.

Well i don’t usually give myself a load of submitting form in internet, but here i am writing this review because after many tries doing own custom code, jquery plugins like sticky-kit, jquery pin and many others luckily i find this plugin and really got me and my problem. My wordpress version is 4.2.2 and my debug is true in config, so there is a notice warning but far worth plugin. Thanks for the great plugin and obviously 5 stars from me.
