Best WordPress FAQ plugin and good user support

I’m using Helpie FAQ with Elementor. It gives me a search bar and more control over the toggle option than the accordion and the toggle widget of Elementor.

I wanted to display FAQ groups (categories), it didn’t have the feature then. So, I reached out for support and they said they will give that feature in the next release and they did what they promised.
