Best way to start using elementor

    Hey all. I built my website using a different page builder (IG page builder) . Now im wanting to switch to elementor.

    How is the best way to do that? Install elementor and redo each page one at a time? Any tips would be awesome. Thanks

  • Most of the time that’s what you have to do because if your previous page builder is based on shortcodes it will leave a lot of code when it is disabled.
    Now I copy / pasted between the existing site and the new, it is actually more (easier with a dual screen as for me).

    Switching page builder is not an easy job. You need to make sure that your old page builder (IG page builder) not using any custom shortcodes and settings that may affect the site after changing a page builder to new Elementor.

    I recommend that backup your existing website and hire someone for dev site and once you’re satisfied with the new dev site then make that upgrade process on live site.
