• Everything ran fine at first but in a few weeks, the web site slowed down so badly no one could place an order. While the features sound terrific, nothing is worth a dead site. Disabling and deleting this plugin fixed our site speed issues almost instantly.

  • Hi @cloverleaffarm,

I’m sorry to hear that you had trouble with the plugin. To take a closer look at what happened here, could you please reply back with a copy of your WooCommerce system status report as well as any errors you see being logged in the app’s log? We’d love dig in and see what is causing this slowdown.

    Thanks!

Feel free to contact us directly. I’m not willing to post the information I can provide online. There are too many other sites with issues as well for me to think it’s just us. I do like the face that it feeds information into MailChimp so we can do more than just send newsletters, but it’s just a resource hog. One constant is repeated calls to admin-ajax.php.

    Hey @cloverleaffarm

I’m afraid we are not able to reach out directly here in the Plugin Support Forums. That said, it is possible to troubleshoot in a private message with MailChimp’s Support Team via chat support or email. You can read more about this option here: https://kb.mailchimp.com/accounts/management/mailchimp-support-options

We appreciate the feedback. Please let us know if you have any additional questions we can answer here.

    Thanks,
    Malachite
