Best way to move a blog from Blogger.com to a registered domain ?

I have a blog on Blogger.com and now I’ve decided to purchase a domain and to change the name of my blog because it was the same of an existing website and I don’t like that my readers might get confused.

I have now three questions:

1) which is the best way to redirect my readers and the people which land on my blog thru Google search on my new domain where I’ve imported all the old posts ?

2) Is there also a way to transfer the Google Pagerank and links from the old blog to the new domain ? (I would like to not loose all the “juice” the old blog already has)

3) In your opinion is it better to point the old feed (with the old name) to the new domain, or to start with a new feed ?
