Best Way to Migrate a Few Posts?

    I am in the process of launching a redesigned site for a client. I did a full database import from the old site to the new hosted test site that I’ll be switching the DNS to this weekend. My client was determined to add a few more posts this week. So, can someone tell me the best way to transfer just a few selected posts (to include the post content, images, as well as comments)? Are there instructions I can follow anywhere?

    Won’t that cause there to be duplicate data? (sorry I’m a bit of a newbie with the database side of things)?

    Plus, could it change the new settings I have in the new install of WordPress?
