Best way to creat a training/LMS site?

  • I’m working for a client who wants a LMS type site where here employees can log on, have their own account, takes tests, and track progress. I know there are several themes, and ways to build this. Anyone have any suggestions on the best one(s) out? There would be several hundred employees who would have to have their own logins.

    The client is also franchising so there would have to be a way for multiple “locations” to log on, and see only the employees at each specific location (e.g. Nevada Business Manager Bob could only see his Nevada employees, while the California Business Manager Cathy could see and monitor only her CA employees, etc.)

    Just looking for suggestions on the best LMS for WordPress. Thanks.
