Best Way to Clone and Migrate a WordPress Site onto A Fresh WordPress Domain

Looking for a tool to clone and migrate an existing site onto another freshly WordPress installed domain. We have updraft premium but can’t figure out how to use just the migrator plugin. Will take any recommendations for how to make a coded site Divi theme ready.We host with Bluehost and I can’t find a way to turn our extra domains into staging sites.
