Best way to achieve: one page, different content boxes or rows?

  • What is the best way to achieve one of those one-page with different content boxes (widget, shortcode, custom field, div + css class)?

    Honestly, my favorite approach would be divs with a class, that way the designer has control over the different designs and you don’t have to install anything. But I get that users don’t want to mess with the code view of the editor.

    Anyone with this kind of experience? What did you use? How do these big one-page parallax themes do it?
