Best video encoding service ?

    I’m searching a plugin with video encoding service for WordPress. (not Youtube).

    The goal is to have a video upload icon, the user click on it, upload his video in whatever format, the service convert the video, and whether:
    – send the video via ftp
    – or host the video and send an embed link.

    I checked VideoPress but it’s more for wordpress.com blog.

    I saw Vid.ly, Encoding.com, Kaltura, etc. Do you have any recommendations ?
