• I have to create a WordPress multisite for a client. They have on in place at the moment with about 20 different sites on it and need to find new hosting. I have been recommended a VPS server by one company and an ultimate regular hosting plan by another.
All the domains on the current need to be ‘remapped’ to this new multisite.
Would one of these options be better for domain mapping?
Please can anyone point me in the right direction to tell me what type of hosting plan I need?

  • I would recommend ‘Blue host’ for you. Thanks!

What type of hosting plan? VPS, shared?
It has to have the capacity to hold 20 sites now and more in the future.

I would recommend VPS under bluehost. Also, hostgator is one of the popular hosting provider where there is VPS upgrading facility. You can have one of them.
