Best TOC Plugin for WordPress

This is by far the best ToC plugin available for WordPress!

It looks great (and also customizable) on both Desktop and Mobile, works smoothly and flawlessly and offers full RTL support.

The people behind this plugin are very caring and responsive to tweaks and adding new features as well as updating the plugin on a regular basis, and you can really see that they want to develop a great product for many years to come.
