Best Themes to Use with Yada Wiki?

Any comments, opinions, advice from David or any user to update this earlier discussion? I struggled with “Like a Wiki” and many others until I tried Sanse mentioned in it. It’s not everything I want it to be but things fell into place and started to work for me, a novice who is blundering around in the thousands of tools and drawers of wordpress.

Please post name of theme and your site link and what you think about it.
