Best tagging plugin?

So I’m wanting to start using tags on my blog. What’s the best plugin to do this with?
Jerome’s Keywords was suggested to me, but Ultimate Tag Warrior also looks good.
All I want is to do kinda like what I’m already doing as well as probably a tag cloud and possibly linking to Technorati. Although suggestions for better methods are welcome.
Thoughts?
