• Great support! The kind of interaction that leaves a smile on your face. I was testing out the free plugin for a few clients and I had an issue with syncing products. Not only did they get back to me ASAP, the fix was a conflict with a re-direct rule I had created, so not even their fault. But I wouldn’t have been able to find it without their quick response. Then I had a suggestion for variable product descriptions and they saw the value and immediately implemented it. We haven’t even paid for the plugin yet, but I would feel great doing so.
