Best solution for multilingual sites with WordPress

Hi everyone,

I am looking for the best solution out there for multilingual sites. I am looking for something that translate EVERYTHING including taxonomies, dates, tags and posts header info.

I have found some interesting plugins in the last few months but nothing full-proof as far as what I have mentioned above.

I am wiling to pay for the right plugin.

Ideally, I need an answer from someone who specializes in wordpress multilingual sites.
