Best solution for managing multiple blogs on unique domains?

  • I’m looking for a solution to manage multiple blogs on unique domains and a variety of different services. The purpose is to incorporate all corporate blogs into one platform where compliance/legal and one content management department can review all submitted blog content. Currently, each department has complete control over there own.

    All that I’ve been able to find is wp-hive.com. What other solutions are out there?
