Best solution for logged in users?

    Hi all!
    I would be set up w3tc with the best solution for logged in users.

    But i read:

    Don’t cache pages for logged in users
    Unauthenticated users may view a cached version of the last authenticated user’s view of a given page. Disabling this option is not recommended.

    So, i want tell you, what is the best solution for speed up my site especially for logged in users?

    It is not possible user site load with 10 seconds,
    visitors with 2 seconds.

    What is the best solution also for user logged in?
