I’m a freelance web developer using AIOSEO since the get-go and became a paying client with a AIOSEO Pro license since they made the acquisition, recently I had to submit a support ticket only to be refused support due to the nature of my client’s website “Adult content”, although this was a staging site, I can easily swap the content to reflect on a non-adult site but the moral of the story is refusing support to a paying customer due to the content of the end-product is just absurd and discriminatory, furthermore, no refunds due to this case scenario.
