    Which is the best solution of protection?
    Which is the best plugin that has the most protections in groups or which plugin I have to download in one single or multisite wordpress?

    Not any plugins just diligence. There is no magic pill for this and never was. It comes down to your strategy for supporting your installation.

    Keep your off site backups safe and up to date, keep your software versions up to date, pay attention to your plugins and themes.

    If you run your WordPress install on a server that’s up to date and secure then you should be fine. If you are not sure about your host provider how they keep up to date with vulnerability patching.
