Best Price not displaying in latest wooocommerce build 4.5.2

Hi Fernando, thanks for the reply. I’ve gone through all plugins one by one and deactivated them to see if something was causing the issue but no luck. The actual lowest price for the product is not displayed.

Any other suggestions or options I can try?

You could try deactivating the theme and activating a default theme in order to check if is the theme that is causing the issue.

Just tried deactivating theme and using standard Twenty nineteen theme and still no luck.

Do you offer any paid trouble shooting services? At this stage I’m a bit desperate haha.

This is a direct link to one of the sites shop pages. As an example the first 3 products should be displaying a price of 25.90 and NOT 33.90.

I am facing two issues related to variable products.

1. Option related price does not appear near the Add to cart button
2. Whatever the option is selected, always only the 1st option related price will be in the cart.

Just checking as I have not heard anything form you since last week (as well as the subject being marked resolved although the problem still persists).

I understand time is money and as I have stated before happy to discuss further troubleshooting and compensate you for your time. We just need to resolve the issue and have not been able to do so on our end and was hoping the plugin developer could assist.

My first advice is to deactivate all other plugins and test if this plugin works. The most common cause of issues is due to incompatibilities between plugins. Did you try this?

Please let me know if it works after the test with any other plugin (except WooCommerce) disabled.

I have indeed disabled all plugins and tested to no avail. I have also tested with standard 2019 and 2020 theme.

Not sure where to go from here to be honest. I’ve also gone as far as adding some custom php to try and get the lowest price to display but this failed also.

Everything worked properly before updating to the latest woocommerce and wp core builds. since updating the price jsut displays the base price and not the lowest price set for bulk orders. I sent through a message to your website as well to see if I could get your assistance and provide appropriate compensation for you time.

Since your topic, I’ve been testing the plugin with a lot of themes, plugins combination and it works seamlessly in every case, so it must be an issue with any component in your web: custom code, plugin, theme. There aren’t any other variables involved in this type of thing. There’s no magic inside.

If you cannot deactivate everything in your production site (I understand it) you can make an exact copy with cPanel or a plugin like Duplicator and make the full test there in order to detect what plugin is causing the interference.

This (my) plugin makes use of standard WooCommerce functions and doesn’t make anything strange. The only cases where I’ve seen issues ALWAYS were due to plugin conflicts.
