Best Practice – Configuring with WP All Import

I purchased “WordPress Real Media Library – Media Categories / Folders File Manager” and installed this “Physical Custom Upload Folder” plugin. How can I ensure that newly imported posts from WP All Import have new folders created on the fly (when necessary)? I would like to base folders on %postname%
