Best plugins for Blog Promotion?

    I’m just wondering what plugins will help with marketing my blog?

    I’ve setup a technorati account and added technorati tags to my posts, do you think this helps at all? … I don’t really see what the tagging achieves in the blog post (using SimpleTag).

    Any other plugins or things-to-do-when-first-starting-a-new-blog that would help get the word out?
