Best Plugin to Restrict User Access

I was tired of finding an Advanced User Manager plugin to restrict multiple Administrator users and restrict menu access by their permission levels, non of other role editor plugins couldn’t do the job but this plugin can do exactly what I want plus with many more features and the plugin works like a charm, many thanks to the plugin developer.
