    I notice that you’ve posted a topic in the support forum, saying that you had a problem, and that a colleague of mine has asked to see the log file. Please do post the log file so that some assistance can be given.

    I rerated this plugin 5/5
    I fixed it by reducing the “Split archives every:” to 25MB. Now it works fine. before that no error or nothing, it just kept backing up the files without finishing it one after another simultaneously, making both the RAM and CPU busy heavily.

    Yeah I noticed that too. I tried multiple times to rerate the plugin, but it kept showing the same 1 star. I think it may be a bug of wordpress.
