Best plugin for Twitter-like UX

  • We are building a service in which users should be able to create posts (that turn into conversations) that include following features
    – picture (just one or two)
    – title
    – text
    – tags

    What are the recommended plugins/extensions we should look? We are aiming at creating a very simple user experience such as in Twitter or Reader of WordPress.com.
