Best plugin for high volume site & DFP ad code

  • Hi,

    I have a very high volume site (+300k visits/day). I am moving to wordpress. What is the best way to integrate DFP ad code?

    1) Hard code?
    2) Is there a plugin that won’t try anything tooo fancy & slow down showing ads?
    3) Other suggestions?
