Best plugin for bus reservation

Hi I have a client who told me to put a system which has these capabilities:
1. Select a source Location (drop down)
2. Select destinations which are available for selected source location. (Drop Down)
3. Select AVailable Time slot for the selected source and destination.
4. Select Date
5. Select Number of seats to buy.
6. Look For available seats (If seats are available, then go to next step other wise not.)
7. Payment (Paypal, 2checkout or strip for credit card).
8. Available Seats Reduced…
9. Email Notifications to Admin and User
10. Informations Store in wp dashboard

Is there any plugin please help
