• Hello,
we’re currently working on a wordpress-site using WooCommerce and several other plugins. On the site-health-page (Tools -> Site Health) we have 1 critical issue with the headline “An active PHP session was detected”. After doing some research about this issue in google and in several forums we’re still not sure how to fix it. It seems like it would be the best solution to close the php-session at a certain point. So far, we have not been able to figure out where to close the php-session which is why I am writing this question here. Does anybody have any idea on how to solve this?
    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks in advance.

  • I would first try to deactivate all plugins and see if the message then disappears. If so, one of the plug-ins is to blame and its developer should take a look at it.
