    For versions 2.x

    This is the best optimizing plugin that i have tried. Works better, it is more compatible, a bit faster and much-much better designed than others.

    For versions 3.x:

    A total failure. While the developer is honest saying that this plugin is targeting advanced webmasters that want to spend their time configuring each and every plugin they add, to make it work with version 3.
