• Hi all, I’m in the process of migrating our ecommerce website to WP/Woo. We run a fairly busy online store with approx; 35k customers, 37k order history, and roughly 400 products that have over 4k variations. Generally we have around 30 users on our site at any one time, with up to 100 during sale times.

I only reel off these figures as I was hoping to get some advice on the best server setup, and configuration for WP/Woo?

We have a dedicated server running Litespeed and Xcache currently, along with MariaDB.

I’m open to suggestions on the optimal setup, and open to changing what we currently have in terms of caching methods, etc.

I was considering the use of the Autoptimize plugin to minify the code, perhaps WP Super Cache? I noticed also that there is a plugin for Xcache, which is already in use on our server – so Im not sure if i need a plugin for that?

Its all new territory and I really appreciate any advice in getting WP/Woo to run reliably and as blazingly fast as possible.

    Thanks,

    Scott.

When asking questions in the WordPress forum that relate directly to a theme or plugin, it is best to ask it in the forum dedicated to that product. There the developer and users familiar with that product will be better able to help you.

The forum for WooCommerce is here:

As wordpress is the overall application being discussed, I thought it would be relevant to post here. But no matter, I’ll repost. Thanks.
