Best one, hands down

  • Definitely the best image optimization service and plugin. You guys are heroes for offering this for free. Amazing!

    The ONLY thing I would love to see in this plugin is to have the smushing happen in the background via ajax or even cron. Currently when you upload an image, it takes 10s or more to process before you can use it. When uploading a batch of images then it’s time for a coffee break…

    Image smushing takes time, that’s expected, but if it was done in the background then you could still upload an image and use it in your post without waiting for the smushing to complete. I’m pretty sure WP Smush does it this way.
