Best multilingual plugin?

I have read number or posts regarding Gento and Polyglot plugins. Unfortunately, Gento was last updated in 2008 and Plyglot doesn’t mention any other updates since 2008 neither.

Are there any built-in tools or current plugins that would allow me to publish posts or the whole website in two languages?
